My expertise spans core network design, transformation, and implementation of complex IT systems such as Charging Systems, IN, HLR, MSC, MME, IMS, and 4G/5G technologies. Having worked both on client-side and offshore environments, I bring a wealth of experience in managing all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning, budgeting, and scheduling to execution and quality assurance.

Projects Undertaken
BSS-CCS-Charging
As a Technical Project Manager at Rakuten-Symphony in Bangalore, India (Sep 2024 – Present), I am leading the implementation of a cloud-native converged charging system (CCS) for 1u1 Germany. Phase-1 successfully migrated 12.6M subscribers without disruption, and Phase-2 focuses on deploying a 5G SA solution by June 2025. I oversee impact assessments, risk management, vendor coordination, and compliance while ensuring seamless CS upgrades, expansions, and quality gate monitoring.
Vodafone Qatar - Network Core Modernization
As a Technical Project Manager at Vodafone Qatar (Dec 2017 – Feb 2024), I managed the modernization of Vodafone’s core network, implementing Subscriber Data Management (SDM), VoLTE, and VoWiFi solutions. I led multiple phases, including network node upgrades, planning, budgeting, and vendor management. My role involved aligning projects with Vodafone’s gating standards, leading workshops, and mitigating risks to ensure on-time delivery while optimizing network performance.
Vodafone UK - VGE Billing Transformation
As a Program Test Manager at Maveric Systems in Newbury, UK (Sep 2015 – Nov 2017), I managed Vodafone Global Enterprise’s billing transformation, migrating central billing onto the Kenan system. I defined test strategies, ensured quality gate compliance, and monitored KPIs to enhance automation. I worked closely with vendors to improve process efficiencies, drive defect management, and deliver reliable billing solutions while streamlining reporting structures.
Etisalat BSS Transformation
As a Project Manager (QA) at Maveric Systems in Dubai, UAE (Mar 2014 – Sep 2016), I led quality assurance and testing for Etisalat’s BSS transformation, covering CRM, billing, and order fulfillment. I managed test strategy, risk assessment, vendor collaboration, and process optimization, ensuring system integration and compliance. My role involved budgeting, scheduling, test data management, and aligning test coverage with business objectives.
ATT-Titan / Converged E2E Testing
As a Test Manager at Amdocs-DVCI in Pune, India (Apr 2010 – Aug 2014), I led the end-to-end testing of AT&T’s Titan platform, a converged billing system for wireless and Uverse services. My role included defining test strategies, managing defects, and ensuring test readiness. I collaborated with multiple teams to drive quality improvements, optimize workflows, and manage risks, ensuring on-time delivery of the integrated billing system.
NHS-SPINE (UK)
As a Team Leader at Tech Mahindra in Leeds, UK (Apr 2007 – Aug 2010), I played a key role in developing NHS’s national patient database, SPINE. I managed functional and automation testing, oversaw test strategy, and ensured seamless data integration. My responsibilities included reviewing system requirements, ensuring compliance, and optimizing testing processes to enhance the efficiency and security of medical record storage.
Swordfish (British Telecom UK)
As a Senior Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra in London, UK (Mar 2004 – Apr 2007), I contributed to BT’s BSS transformation, focusing on broadband provisioning and customer order management. I led service integration, ensured smooth deployments, and improved order fulfillment processes. My role involved vendor coordination, system testing, and implementing best practices for seamless broadband service delivery.
